Who it is for

Review analysis for clinics and medical practices

In healthcare a review is rarely about the treatment — it is about the path to it. Booking, appointment, information, paperwork. Things you can fix without changing anything in the consulting room.

What keeps coming back in patient reviews

Patterns that recur in medical practices regardless of speciality.

Phone bookings

Nobody answers, the queue on the line, information contradicting the website. The most common complaint in the whole industry and usually the first sentence of a review.

Appointment time versus actual time

Patients do not complain about the delay itself but about not being told. A sign showing the current delay removes part of these complaints on its own.

Paperwork and results

A certificate, a referral, a test result that cannot be collected without another visit. An administrative complaint, not a medical one.

Communicating costs

An amount different from the price list, a surcharge learned about at the desk. Something that can undo an otherwise good visit.

Front desk attitude

The first contact with the practice, and it sets the whole review — including when the visit itself was faultless.

Cancellations and rescheduling

A same-day cancellation, no new slot offered, no follow-up. The pattern that lingers longest in reviews.

Where reviews about your practice live

Medical directories are the first result for a doctor name and the main place patients read about you before a visit. Google Maps captures patients who searched for the practice rather than the person. Mutterbox pulls Google Maps automatically; directories appear as places to check, each with a ready search link.

Nobody answers the booking line

Critical Communication and bookings Confidence: high Confirmed in: Google, Facebook

The densest complaint in the corpus and the only one about people who never reached an appointment. It peaks on Monday mornings and in the first week after a long weekend.

Questions from medical practices

Will patient data appear in the report?

Quotes come from public reviews and enter the report exactly as the patient published them — we add nothing that is not there. Authors are stored as an irreversible hash, so the database cannot tell you who wrote which review.

Reviews about the doctor and about the front desk are two different things for us.

And they are separated: staff competence, appointments and paperwork are distinct categories in the medical overlay. You can also add your own, for instance phone bookings and email contact separately.

We have several doctors with separate profiles.

Each profile can be connected as a separate source to one venue — the report then shows the whole practice broken down by source. A problem card confirmed across several doctors weighs more than one raised at a single profile.
