Company
Partner program for agencies
If you report on reviews to clients every month, you are doing by hand something that can be automated — and losing two working days a month to it.
What the Agency plan gives you
Unlimited locations, clients split into separate companies, a team of up to twenty with roles, a shared credit pool and your own logo on reports. The client receives your agency's document, opened through a link with no account needed.
A shared credit pool
A client with a thousand reviews will use more than three small ones together. A shared pool means you do not have to divide it up in advance or buy per client.
Roles instead of one password
An analyst sees the data, a junior only assigned companies, the client only their own report through a link. You do not have to grant access to everything in order to grant access to something.
One invoice
A single invoice per agency regardless of how many venues you serve. Re-invoicing your clients stays on your side and we do not get involved.
Step by step
How to start working together
-
1
A conversation about your client portfolio
How many venues, in which industries, and how you report today. That determines whether the Agency plan pays off or Pro is enough to start.
-
2
Setting up the first clients
We help split clients into companies, set categories per industry and divide access across the team. It is done once.
-
3
Your logo on reports
You upload your mark and from then on every report ships as your agency's document — on the cover and in the footer of every page.
-
4
Material for client conversations
The sample report, the downloadable resources and the industry pages can all go to clients with no arrangement with us.
In practice
When the Agency plan starts paying off
Usually from four or five venues. Below that Pro works out cheaper and includes everything except your own logo on reports and unlimited locations. Above fifteen clients the biggest value stops being price and becomes time: manual reporting is then two working days a month.
4–5
venues is the typical break-even for the Agency plan. Above fifteen it is no longer about price but about the team time recovered.
Why it works this way
How the numbers work for partners
The more venues you serve, the lower the cost of each — with no negotiation and no bespoke arrangements. A shared credit pool means you do not have to split a budget between clients in advance, and a single invoice per agency keeps re-invoicing simple. Instead of a referral commission we put the discount where your work actually grows.
Common questions
At how many clients does the Agency plan pay off?
Usually from four or five venues. Below that the Pro plan works out cheaper and includes everything except your own logo on reports and unlimited locations.
Can I resell the reports as my own service?
Yes, and that is what the logo option is for. We do not contact your clients and we are not part of the communication between you.
Will I get materials for the client conversation?
Yes — the sample report, the downloadable resources and the industry pages can all be sent to a client with no arrangement with us. Everything public is at your disposal.
