Mutterbox Terms of Service

1. What Mutterbox is

Mutterbox analyses publicly available reviews of venues. The service fetches reviews, processes them and presents a report with statistics, recurring problems and recommendations. It is provided electronically, through a web browser.

2. Who may use it

The service is intended for businesses and people acting on their behalf. Accounts are self-service, created with an email address and a password. One account may belong to several organizations, and an organization may have many users with different roles.

3. Where the data comes from

Analysed reviews are publicly available on third-party platforms and are fetched through specialised providers. The service does not collect reviews from venue customers directly and has no influence on their content. Each dataset source is stated in the report methodology section.

4. Nature of the report

A report is an analytical document, not an expert opinion or legal advice. Numbers in the report come from the service database; descriptions and recommendations are produced with a language model. Every conclusion carries a source review count and quotes so that it can be verified.

5. Payments and credits

Analyses are settled in credits granted under a subscription plan. Plan credits expire at the end of the billing period; top-up credits do not. A failed analysis is not charged — the reservation is returned in full. Payments are handled by an external processor; the service does not store card data.

6. Liability

The service takes care to produce accurate reports but does not guarantee the completeness of data obtained from third-party platforms or uninterrupted availability. Business decisions made on the basis of a report remain the user decisions.

7. Prohibited use

It is prohibited to use the service to harass individuals named in reviews, to publish reports in a way suggesting official status, or to resell access without a separate agreement.

8. Termination

An account may be deleted at any time from the panel or by contacting support. A subscription may be cancelled in the billing portal; access lasts until the end of the paid period. When an organization is deleted its data is removed and its reports stop being available.

9. Changes to the terms

We announce material changes by email to the address linked to the account at least fourteen days in advance. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
