Credits

What each operation costs

Credits are reserved before an analysis starts and settled once it succeeds. A failed run returns the reservation in full — you do not pay for an adapter that failed.

Plan credits expire at the end of the billing period. Top-up credits do not expire.

Billing questions

Before you pick a plan

Can I change plan mid-month?
Yes, any time, from the billing panel. The change is prorated against the remaining period. Credits already spent do not come back.
What happens when I run out of credits?
The analysis will not start, and the panel shows how many credits are missing and what this particular location would cost. Everything other than running analyses — browsing reviews, opening earlier reports, sharing links — keeps working.
Does downloading the PDF again cost anything?
No. An analysis you paid for is yours: you can download the PDF as many times as you like, and turn the share link on and off at no cost.
Is there a fixed-term contract?
No. The subscription is monthly and you cancel it yourself from the billing portal. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period, and all earlier reports indefinitely.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. We issue a VAT invoice once each payment clears — monthly for a subscription, once for a top-up. You will find it in the app under billing. Enter a tax ID at checkout to have it made out to your company.
