Problems

Every month you assemble a review report for a client by hand

An hour per client looks harmless while there are three of them. At fifteen it is two working days every month, taken out of the work they actually pay for.

Where the time goes

Gathering reviews from several platforms, reading the new ones, picking those worth showing, copying them into a template, assembling a document, changing the logo. Every step is short and none can be skipped. And because a different person does it each time, the client receives a slightly different layout with slightly differently chosen examples every month.

The same layout every month

The report is produced from the same rules, so the client compares the same chart with the previous one rather than two different ways of showing the same thing.

Your own logo on the document

On the Agency plan the report carries your mark. The client gets an agency document, not a document from a tool they have never heard of.

Access split across the team

An analyst sees the data, a junior only their assigned companies, the client only their own report through a link. You do not have to grant access to everything in order to grant access to something.

Step by step

What reporting looks like when it produces itself

  1. 1

The analysis runs on a schedule

You set the frequency per client and never return to it. The report is ready before the day you would normally start assembling it.

  2. 2

    The layout is fixed

The same set of sections and the same method of counting as last time. The client compares the same chart rather than two versions of the same thing.

  3. 3

    The document carries your mark

On the Agency plan the logo sits on the cover and in the footer. The client receives your agency's document.

  4. 4

    Delivery is one link

No account to create for the client and no panel to explain. The link opens the report in a browser and needs no password.

In practice

An argument that cannot be waved away

A client looking at a hand-assembled report knows the examples were chosen by someone with an interest in renewal. The same client looking at a complaint share and its movement over time sees a number derived from a rule. That is the difference between "I trust you" and "I can see it".

10 min

per client instead of an hour. What remains is the review and the commentary — the part that cannot be automated and the part the client pays for.

Why it works this way

What the agency gains besides time

An argument for the renewal conversation. A report with a complaint count on a topic and its movement over time shows the effect of the agency's work in numbers the client need not take on trust. A hand-assembled set of chosen examples does not — because the client knows who chose them.

Common questions

How many clients will one account handle?

On the Agency plan, unlimited locations split into companies, with a team of up to twenty. Each company is a separate compartment, including for permissions.

Will the client see that the report came from Mutterbox?

On the Agency plan the report carries your logo. We hide from nobody who asks, but the document going to your client is your document.

Can this plug into our reporting system?

Yes, through the read-only API and webhooks. A finished analysis fires an event to an address you supply, and you pull the data with a token — without clicking through our panel.
