Where else there are reviews about your brand

Most venues know two places where they have reviews. In reality they have six or eight, and have never heard of half of them.

What the search finds

We search the places reviews about a business usually end up: trade directories, local portals, alternative maps, classifieds. The result is a list of addresses with a working link, the number of reviews found and a rating where the platform provides one.

A link, not a category name

The list does not say "look for yourself in B2B directories". It gives a specific profile address you can click and check in a minute.

How to gain access

For each place we note whether the profile can be claimed or only replied to — those are two different procedures and usually nobody knows either.

No promise of completeness

We do not claim the list is exhaustive. The internet has no table of contents, and any tool promising a complete one is promising something that cannot be checked.

Step by step

How the search runs

  1. 1

You give a name and a location

A business name and a city is enough. The more precise the name, the fewer false hits — with common names it helps to add the street.

  2. 2

    We search the usual places

Trade directories, local portals, alternative maps, classifieds and comparison sites. We check for the presence of a profile rather than pulling full review texts, which is why it costs less than an analysis.

  3. 3

You get a list with links

Every place with a working profile address, the number of reviews found and a rating where the platform gives one. No hunting on your own.

  4. 4

    You connect what we support

Places that are one of our sources join the analysis with a click. The rest stay on the list as addresses to reply to by hand.

In practice

How many places a business usually misses

A typical venue names two places from memory. The search usually finds six to eight — most often a trade directory, a local portal, an alternative map and a profile created automatically and never claimed. That last one is normally the profile where nobody has answered a single complaint.

6–8

places with reviews at a typical venue. A business names two from memory — usually the ones it is already replying to.

Why it works this way

When to search and when to monitor

These are two tools for two moments. Finding answers "where is my brand even being talked about" and is run once a quarter. Monitoring watches the platforms you already have connected and runs weekly. Together they give the full picture: finding widens the field of view, monitoring watches what is inside it.

Common questions

Will you find every place?

We find every place reachable by publicly available means — in practice usually twice as many as a business would list from memory. We keep extending the list with new directories as they appear.

Can I then connect what you found to the analysis?

The ones we support as sources, yes, with one click. The rest stay on the list as places to check and reply to by hand.

What does it cost?

Less than an analysis, because it does not pull full review texts — it checks for the presence of a profile and the numbers. You see the credit price before running it.
